The service
StatementJet converts financial data files between formats such as CSV, Excel, QIF, OFX, QFX and QBO. PDF statements are read by AI, which can make mistakes; we check the result against the statement’s balances and tell you when it doesn’t add up. Always review converted transactions before relying on them; you are responsible for the accuracy of your books.
Acceptable use
Only convert files you have the right to use. Do not use the service to create, alter or misrepresent financial documents. Reports we generate are not official bank statements.
Payments
Packs are one-time purchases; credits do not expire. Pro is billed monthly until you cancel from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a converted file doesn’t import, contact us within 30 days for a fix or a refund.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
