Do I need an account?
Your account is created automatically from the email you use at checkout. To log in on another device, request a login link on the account page.
Can I get a refund?
If a converted file doesn’t import, email support@statementjet.com within 30 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Is my data safe?
Bank files like CSV and OFX are converted in your browser and never uploaded. PDFs are read on our server with our AI provider and nothing is kept. We store your email, remaining credits and plan, plus a two-day log of PDF conversions for the daily limits. Details in our privacy policy.
