QBO to PDF Converter

Turn a .qbo, .qfx or .ofx file into a clean, printable PDF transaction report. Free, runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded.

Need a readable copy of the transactions inside a .qbo file — for your records, for your accountant, or just to see what you are about to import? This tool lays them out as a tidy report you can print or save as PDF.

The report lists date, description, memo and amount, with totals for money in and money out. It is a transaction report generated from your file, not an official bank statement.

How to use it

  1. Drop your .qbo, .qfx or .ofx file above.
  2. Click Create PDF.
  3. In the print window choose Save as PDF as the destination.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes for files with up to 20 transactions, plus 2 free PDF statements a day. For bigger files you can buy a pack of 10 conversions or go unlimited — see pricing.

Is my bank data uploaded anywhere?

CSV, Excel, QIF, OFX, QFX and QBO files are converted entirely in your browser and never leave your computer. PDFs have to be read on our server: we send the PDF to our AI provider, Anthropic, to pull out the transactions, return them to you and keep nothing — not the PDF, not the transactions.

Is the PDF an official bank statement?

No. It is a report of the transactions in your file. If someone needs an official statement, download it from your bank.
